Development Plan Lohbrügge 10 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The following provision is added to Section 2 of the Lohbrügge 10 Development Plan Act of 22 February 1977 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt, page 42): "8. In the core areas between Hein-Möller-Weg-Sander Damm-Lohbrügger Markt-Ludwig-Rosenberg-Ring and south of the Ludwig-Rosenberg-Ring up to the railway facilities on both sides of the Alte Holstenstraße between the employment office and the tax office, gaming arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33i of the Trade and Industry Act, which serve to install gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, as well as sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration rooms and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts with a sexual character, are prohibited."
