Construction; construction costs, construction phase, type of construction
Description
This table provides insight into the size of the construction costs in the different phases of the construction process. The figures refer to buildings with a construction sum of 50 thousand euros or more. In the table, the total construction costs for buildings can be broken down by construction costs per construction phase and by type of construction work.
Data available from: January 2015.
Status of figures:
The figures for the last 12 months are provisional.
Municipalities with non-response are estimated. The figures for the month in which the permit was granted reflect the statements made by municipalities in respect of previous periods. As a result, figures for the same month can vary over time. Twelve months after publication, the provisional figure shall be definitively established.
Changes as of 28 June 2024:
The figures for the reporting month of April 2024 have been added. All figures as of April 2023 may have been adjusted.
When will there be new figures?
The new figures shall be published on the last working day of the second month following the reporting month. The figures for the same reporting month of one year before become final.
