The table contains a list of planned centralised public supply and service contracts subject to public contracts to be launched in 2018 by the Central Purchasing Body (CPA) for the needs of executive authorities under Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015. The table also shows the duration of the Framework Agreements (FP) planned to be concluded by the CPC in months.

PPA — Public Procurement Act;
Council of Ministers Decree — Decree of the Council of Ministers;
FWC — Framework Agreement — Technique/Public Procurement Instrument, based on the conduct of the procedures provided for in the Public Procurement Act. A framework agreement shall be concluded between one or more contracting entities and one or more contractors in order to determine the terms of the contracts to be awarded during a given period, including prices and, where possible, quantities.
