Flood disaster 1953: Traces of the flood disaster - place names

Description

In 2015, the heritage line GO commissioned Tauw to turn the relics, commemorative signs, gift homes and other objects, etc., into a GIS map ‘Tracing the flood disaster’. This map is accessible - and can be viewed by the public - on the Heritage Lines website of Erfgoedhuis: https://www.geschiedenisvanzuidholland.nl/stories/tracks-of-the-water disaster On the same page more information is available about the disaster on the island.
