Description
Daily information on payments in SEBA under operational programmes co-financed by ERDF, CF, ESF and FEAD, bilateral cross-border cooperation programmes at the external borders of the EU (CBC programmes), EEA FM and NFM.
The functions of the National Fund Directorate related to the provision of banking services to EU funds and other donors are defined in Article 27 of the Rules of Procedure of the Ministry of Finance.
Part of the Directorate’s responsibilities include the organisation of payments to beneficiaries through the SEEBRA of all bodies responsible for the financial management of the programmes and the mechanisms whose funds are stored on the bank accounts of the National Fund.
The attached information is prepared on a daily basis and the table contains information on payments to beneficiaries. The report gives information about the payments made in BGN, for the specific date specified therein.
