Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Haus der Pflege (Urschrift)” of the municipality of Owingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA); BP “House of Care”; All bish.planungsr. Determinations in application tr.a. force. Last amended d. Art. 2 d.G. of 21.11.2017.
