Monuments in design and pre-protection

Description

Pre-protected municipal monument: a property or land whose intention to designate as a municipal monument has been made known to the business owners. The protection is equal to that of definitively designated municipal monuments. This protection is included in Chapter 3 of the City of Eindhoven Heritage Regulation (see https://lokaleregelgeving.overheid.nl/CVDR685234/1). Pre-protection also applies to matters or land designated as provisional municipal monuments. A pre-protected municipal monument has been included in the legend unit “pre-protection”. In the field “Explanatory status”, it can be seen whether it is a pre-protected municipal monument or pre-protected cultural-historical object. Pre-protected cultural historically valuable object: an immovable property whose intention to designate as a culturally historically valuable object has been made known to the business owners. The protection is equal to that of definitively designated cultural-historical valuable objects. This is a demolition protection in the form of a demolition permit as set out in Article 20 of the Erfgoed Ordinance municipality of Eindhoven. A pre-protected cultural-historical object has been included in the legend unit ‘pre-protection’. In the field ‘Explanation status’, it can be seen whether it is a pre-protected municipal monument or pre-protected cultural historically valuable object. Building or object in research: a case or area for which research into cultural-historical and monumental values is currently being carried out. There are no protections and/or additional regulations for buildings and objects in research. A research project into cultural-historical and monumental values is completed with a lecture decision in which it is decided whether or not the case or the site is designated as a municipal monument or as a cultural historically valuable object.
