Estimation of potential erosion hazard from water - Basic grid Hamburg (WMS Service)
Description
Identification of the potential risk of erosion by water in accordance with Section 16, Annex 3 of the CAP Conditionalities Regulation at grid level in the 10 m grid for the Federal State of Hamburg.
The calculation of the potential risk of water erosion is based on DIN 19708 (Soil quality – Determination of the risk of soil erosion by water with the help of the ABAG, 2022) at grid level in the 10 m grid by multiplying
- Soil erosion factor (K-factor) according to Equation 3 to Equation 10. Soil type, humus content and skeleton content of the topsoil come from the soil overview map 1:200.000 (BUEK200),
- rain factor (R-factor) according to point 4.2 from the map of R-factors for the central year 2021 provided by the DWD,
- Slope slope factor (S-factor) according to Annex D based on DGM10 (10 m) and a flat slope slope slope factor 2 for a standard slope length of approx. 100 m.
A potential water erosion hazard is determined for each grid cell.
