Inspire SL Protected Areas in Saarland
Description
This INSPIRE SL dataset contains regional spatial data on protected areas within the meaning of the INSPIRE Annex I topic “Protected Areas”. The data shows the delimitations of different protected area categories from federal and state laws. The object metadata contains all the details of the “simple profile” from the data specification for “INSPIRE Protected Sites”. The data show the boundaries of the protected areas for the Saarland. Special features: This data set contains in the INSPIRE data model ‘Protected Areas’ transformed data protection area categories according to nature protection law (natural reserves, nature reserves, landscape conservation areas, biosphere reserves, natural monuments, protected landscape components, natural forest cells, protected areas of the flora-fauna habitat (FFH), bird sanctuaries (SPA) — Directive and protected area categories according to the Monument Protection Act (Baudenkmale, excavation protection areas, soil denkmales)
