Sick leave according to employees; AZW (wide) and establishment size
Description
This table contains data on sick leave of employees aged 15 to 75, by ASBL branches (SBI 2008), establishment size and age. This also includes employees who are employed but do not perform work due to illness, maternity leave or other temporary career breaks. Furthermore, the table also includes data on the last absenteeism case of employees (this absenteeism case may have been more than 12 months ago), the type of complaints in the most recent work-related absenteeism case and the main reason for the complaints.
As of the reporting year 2022, the way in which data for the NEA were collected and processed differs in some respects from previous reporting years. As a result, the figures from 2022 may not be comparable in all cases with the figures up to 2021. More information is available in the NEA 2022 study description. See paragraph 4.
