Development plan Farmsen-Berne 4 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
Ordinance on the Farmsen-Berne 4 development plan of 10 August 1965 (HmbGVBl. P. 138) is amended as follows:
1.Appendix to the Regulation amending the
Regulation on the development plan Farmsen-Berne 4’
added to the Regulation.
2.§ 2, point 3 is replaced by the following:
3. In commercial areas, retail establishments with the exception of mail-order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store these items. Excluded from this are the scraped areas of the parcels 3340, 3339, 3856, 5077 and 5078 of the farm area. Storage places are not permitted. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
