WFS ST ALKIS Simplified

Description

The real estate register is maintained in electronic form in the Official Real Estate Register Information System (ALKIS). This web feature service enables the targeted download of geoobjects managed in ALKIS on the basis of a search query (direct access download service). The service shall provide only the following spatial objects limited to the essential properties in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme set out in this product specification: Land parcels, buildings, actual uses, administrative units, cadastral districts. The service is designed for use in simple, practical GIS clients without complex functionalities. Scale: 1:1000; Soil resolution: nullm; Scan resolution (DPI): zero
