Description
Development plans of Sankt Katharinen (Landkreis Neuwied): In the course of the development of the planned area, it turned out that in the approved development plan the buildable areas were laid out with different depths of use. Since this determination leads to undesirable disadvantages vis-à-vis individual property owners, the municipal council had decided on a general change of the buildable areas to a depth of 16.00 m, as far as the provisions of the Land Building Code allow and an economic development of the plots is possible.
