Register of requests for access to information and their circulation in 2017
Description
The register shall contain a serial number of the application, type of information requested, applicant, decision on access to information, decision to refuse, reply to the applicant if the application has been forwarded to another institution for a decision on jurisdiction and or cases where the authority does not have the requested information
