Description
Potential distribution of 12 forest species (Abies pinsapo, Castanea sativa, Ceratonia siliqua Eucalyptus sp., Olea europea subsp sylvestris, Pinus halepensis, Pinus pinea, Pinus nigra, Pinus pinaster, Pinus syvestris, Quercus Ilex subsp. Ballota, Quercus suber ) by raster (200m resolution) indicating the greater or lesser degree of adaptation to habitats based on 27 ecological variables, current and projected for the climate periods 2011-2040, 2041-2070 and 2071-2099, different models (CLIMA subsystem, ERA40, CNM3, EGMAM, ECHAM, BCM2) and climate change scenarios (A1b, A2 and B1). Prepared within the framework of the Climate Change Scenarios project updated to the 4th IPPC Report.
