Psychosocial workload (PSA) workers; industry
Description
This table contains data on the psychosocial workload (PSA) of the Dutch employee aged 15 to 75, by sectors of activity (SBI 2008). The table presents figures on workload, independence in work, emotionally stressful work, psychological fatigue due to work and victimisation at work.
As of the reporting year 2022, the way in which data for the NEA were collected and processed differs in some respects from previous reporting years. As a result, the figures from 2022 may not be comparable in all cases with the figures up to 2021. More information is available in the NEA 2022 study description (see paragraph 4).
All figures are based on at least 100 observations.

Changes as of 17 April 2024:
The annual figures for 2023 have been added.
Changes as of 18 April 2023:
The annual figures for 2022 have been added.
In 2022, a new topic ‘determine work location’ was added in the ‘Independence at work’ folder. The question of victimization at work has also changed. These figures can be found in the new topic folder ‘Slaughter at work (from 2022)’. As a result of these changes, the figures on this subject from 2022 onwards are not comparable with the figures from previous years (2014-2021). Figures on the old topic ‘Slaughter at work (until 2022)’ will no longer be supplemented as of 2022.
Finally, confidence intervals have been added to the table and the minimum number of observations for publication has been changed from 200 to 100.
When will there be new figures?
Figures for the previous year shall be published by May at the latest.
