Sustainable employability of workers; profession
Description
This table contains data on the sustainable employability of the Dutch employee aged 15 to 75, by professional level and profession. The table presents figures on job satisfaction and working conditions, the age to which employees want to continue working and expect to be able to do so, and actual employability.
As of the reporting year 2022, the way in which data for the NEA were collected and processed differs in some respects from previous reporting years. As a result, the figures from 2022 may not be comparable in all cases with the figures up to 2021. More information is available in the NEA 2022 study description (see paragraph 4).
All figures are based on at least 100 observations.

Changes as of 17 April 2024:
The annual figures for 2023 have been added.
Changes as of 18 April 2023:
Confidence intervals have been added to the table and the minimum number of observations for publication has been changed from 200 to 100.
Changes as of 31 July 2020
A change has been made to the Occupational Classification ROA-CBS 2014 (BRC2014). In the new version of the BRC2014, the professional group ‘0551 Managers z.n.d.’ is no longer classified by professional level ‘unknown’, but by professional level 4. As a result, the results of professional level ‘unknown’ and professional level 4 have been changed for the years 2014 to 2018.
Changes as of 29 August 2019
The figures belonging to the category 'occupational level unknown' were incorrect for 2014. For 2015 to 2017, these were incorrectly described as unknown, insufficiently reliable or secret. This has been corrected.
