Description

This table shows the pay gap for the average hourly earnings between female and male employees in the Netherlands. The differences are shown by industry of the SIC 2008. The data are available from 2008. Status of the figures: All figures in this table are definitive. Amendments as of 22 October 2021: The figures for 2020 have been added. When will there be new figures? Final figures for 2021 are added in the fourth quarter of 2022.
