Description
This table shows the pay gaps for the average hourly wage between female and male workers in the Netherlands. The differences are shown for a number of characteristics of the job, the company and the employee.
Data available from 2008.
Status of the figures:
All figures in this table are final.
Amendments as at 11 November 2022:
The 2021 figures have been added.
When will there be new figures?
Final figures for 2022 will be added in the fourth quarter of 2023.
