Land development plan Hausbruch 12 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The ordinance on the development plan Hausbruch 12 of 12 September 1967 (HmbGVBl. p. 276) is amended as follows: 1.Annex to the Regulation amending the Ordinance on the zoning plan Hausbruch 12" added to the Regulation. 2. In § 2, the following point 3 is added: "3. The following applies to the area shown in hatched form in the annex: 3.1 Retail establishments are prohibited from displaying or storing these items in the industrial area unless they deal with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other surface-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening tools and other construction and gardening supplies. 3.2 Brothels and brothel-like establishments as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature are not permitted. 3.3 Exceptions for amusement arcades and similar companies within the meaning of § 33 i of the Trade Regulations, betting offices as well as demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature, are excluded. 3.4 The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.'
