[DREAL OCCITANIA] Class A, B and C dams in Occitania
Description
Census of dams in Occitanie, Class A, B and C. The class indicated is:
— established in accordance with Decree No 2007-1735 of 11 December 2007 on the safety of hydraulic structures and the Standing Technical Committee on Dams and Hydraulic Works and amending the Environmental Code. This ranking will evolve. The Instructor Services, DREAL for the licensed works and DDT(M) for authorised works will therefore be required to reclassify these dams in the near future;
— be established in accordance with Decree No 2015-526 of 12 May 2015.
This layer includes authorised dams, conceded dams, and identified dams.
