Description
River network database established for our watercourses (inc. coastal fields in REGINE). All watercourse elements (rivers, streams, lakes) are converted into lines in ELVIS. These are linked together in a network with a defined direction of flow. All the line segments in ELVIS are assigned a unique national serial numbers/IDs, known as strekn_lnr
