[DREAL OCCITANIA] Leach sensitive area with reinforcement of the application schedule
Description
Zone for strengthening the timetable for the application of the Occitanie region concerning the decree of 21/12/2018 establishing the Regional Action Programme for the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates of agricultural origin. Perimeter from sub-communal division. The work carried out takes into account the overlap between the municipalities and cadastral sections and agricultural areas identified by the RPG with BD-Lisa entities sensitive to nitrate leaching in the south of Midi-Pyrénées.
