Map Annexes XI and XII - Nature [Articles 5.31 to 5.34 + 5.50 of the Zeeland Environmental Ordinance]

Description

The map annexes XI - desiccation-prone nature areas, XII-1 existing nature, XII-2 agricultural area of ecological importance, XII-3 nature development areas and XII-4 balancing zone nature areas of the Environmental Ordinance Zeeland change annually as a result of the realization of new nature areas and as a result of restoration measures and quality improvements in existing nature areas. By amending the annexes annually, they remain up-to-date and the protection regime of the Environmental Ordinance can be correctly applied. The nature annexes will be amended in accordance with the uniform public preparation procedure under Section 3.4 of the AWB, whereby GS will take a draft decision in February/March, there will be an opportunity to submit views in March and April, and GS will take a final decision in June.
