Transfer procedure (WMS service)
Description
In accordance with Sections 45 et seq. of the Building Code (BauGB) in the version published on 23 September 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2414), as last amended by Article 1 of the Act on 15 July 2014 (BGBl. I p. 954), real estate settlement procedures are standardised by law.
The basis for the reorganization is usually a development plan. The parcels of land are rearranged according to location, shape and size, so that suitably designed parcels of land are created for structural or other use. The reorganization shall be carried out in accordance with the principle of the guarantee of ownership without interruption of ownership in the form of administrative acts. These are:
- Announcement of the relocation decision
- Announcement on the establishment of the reallocation plan
- Announcement on the incontestability of the reallocation plan
