Data on the friendliness of roads for cyclists reflect as accurately as possible the conditions encountered on roads managed by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD). The levels of usability are determined according to the following three criteria: the posted speed is low; the shoulders are wide and paved; the flow of vehicles, especially trucks, is limited.
