Explanation of the types of use:
Type 1: Residential Buildings
Type 2: Residential buildings with additional other use
Type 3: Business, office buildings
Type 4: Workshop buildings, factory, warehouse
Type 5: Hotel, Gasthof, Pension
Type 6: public building
Type 7: other use
The city of Linz was divided into 36 statistical districts until the end of 2013. Since 1.1.2014, the new structure has been in force in 16 statistical districts. Up to and including 2020, the information provided has been offered for download in both variants, starting in 2021 only according to the new outline.
