Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortsrand Steinbach – 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The subject of the first amendment is the M 1:500 development plan. In accordance with the explanatory memorandum of 9 October 2000, the “drawing part” in the form of a cover sheet for a sub-area (Flst. Points 526/1, 1343 and 1344) as amended.
