XPlanung dataset BPL “Saiberg Specken (reset)”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Saiberg Specken (reassembly)” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: To the north, the construction area “Ortsmitte”, to the south is the building area “Schwabental”, southeast the construction area “Hundsrücken-Schwabental Teilgebiet Specken” and to the east the construction area “Autal”.
