Description

§ 2 of the Ordinance on the development plan Allermöhe 27 of 21 February 2006 (HmbGVBl. p. 93) is amended as follows: 1. The following new points 3, 4 and 5 are inserted after point 2: "3. Amusement centres, brothels and brothel-type establishments are not permitted in the industrial areas. Exceptions for dwellings pursuant to Section 8(3)(1) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 1764), as amended on 19 September 1977. 2665), as well as for facilities for ecclesiastical, cultural, social, health and sporting purposes are excluded. Exceptionally, childcare facilities are permitted. 4.
