XPlanning data set BPL ‘Im Dörfle II’
Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Im Dörfle II’ of the city of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The date of res judicata of the (partially replacing) local building regulations is 11.07.2011. These do not apply to the property Lazarettstraße 23 (hall no. 805/4).
