Image-based digital surface model 0.2 m Rhineland-Palatinate (bDOM20)
Description
Digital surface models (DOM) describe the earth's surface including vegetation, buildings and structures.
The image-based bDOM is derived from point clouds obtained by image correlation from aerial images.
Bridges are part of the DOM. Treetops continue vertically downwards on the side. Masts, high-voltage lines as well as cars can be part of the model. Trees that protrude over roofs are depicted. Due to different recording times, height jumps may occur (e.g. in vegetation and water areas). Specification bDOM20: image-based digital surface model with a grid width of 0.2 m
