Federal Agency for Nature Conservation: Seabird Deaf Sightings (WMS)
Description
This service includes the individual sightings in the German offshore areas for the bird species: Ear diver (Podiceps auritus). Individual layers show the spread of the species divided into seasons for individual monitor ring years. The data are based on seabird recordings carried out as part of the BfN monitoring programme. The surveys were carried out by the West Coast Research and Technology Centre (FTZ) Büsum. A more nutritious description of the methodology can be found in the monitoring report of the BfN.
