Development plan Ohlsdorf 8 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the development plan Ohlsdorf 8 of 4 April 1967 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 132) is amended as follows:
1. The annex to the Regulation amending the regulation on the development plan Ohlsdorf 8 annexed to this Regulation is added to the Ordinance on the Ohlsdorf 8 development plan.
2. In § 2, the following points 3 and 4 are added:
‘3.For the area designated as ‘A’ (lot 300 of the Klein Borstel area), the establishment of public green space shall be lifted. For this purpose, pure residential area is fixed in two-storey open construction with the base area 0.4; the Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I Page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Bundesgesetzblatt I pages 466, 479). The buildable area shall be fixed at a depth of 12 m at a distance of 5 m parallel to the northern road surface and at a distance of 3 m each parallel to the western and eastern road surfaces. The existing hawthorn hedge along the land boundary shall be preserved; the hedge can be interrupted for the production of land entrances.
4. For the area designated as “B” (Flurstück 270), the fixing of parking space is cancelled. For this purpose, a public green area with the purpose of playground shall be designated.’
