Description
The dataset contains the areas that have been included since 1880 in a Merger/Regulation, Modern Melioration. These areas received contributions from the Confederation and the Canton for the construction of paths, drainage (drainages) and artificial structures (bridges, walls). A regulatory note is entered in the land register on the parcels in these areas. The note includes: Refund obligation, prohibition of misuse, prohibition of dismemberment, management obligation, maintenance obligation (according to the Federal and Cantonal Agriculture Act). With the introduction of the building zones and the Building Act, this remark is no longer necessary in the building zones.
