Water responsibilities Hamburg

Description

As a WMS representation service and a WFS download service, the Water Authorities' responsibilities for surface waters are set out. Different boundaries and responsibilities are given, which cover the most common tasks. For other questions, reference is made to the "Order on Responsibilities in the Field of Water Law and Water Management". This service provides five layers: Schiffbare Gewässer Gültigkeitsbereich des Hafenverkehrs- und Schifffahrtsgesetzes Zuständigkeiten für Genehmigungen für das Errichten oder Verändern von Anlagen in, an oder über Gewässern according to § 15 HWaG Zuständigkeiten für die Zulassung und Überwachung von Einleitungen nach §§10 und 57 WHG Senatsgewässer The layers are based on different legal bases: Layer 1 is based on the Annex to the Ordinance for the Determination of Navigable Waters (SchiffGewBestV HA) of 5 May 1987, as last amended by Ordinance of 19 June 2012 (HmbGVBl. p. 234). Layer 2 shows the scope of application of the "Port Traffic and Shipping Act" (HfVerkG HA) §1 of 3 July 1979, as last amended by the Act of 23 April 2019 (HmbGVBl. 108) in combination with the limits of competence set out in Section III, paragraph 1, sentence 1, "Order on competences in the field of water law and water management" (WasRZustAnO HA) Layers 3 and 4 include the classifications from various paragraphs of the "Order on Jurisdiction in the Field of Water Law and Water Management" (WasRZustAnO HA) of 07.04.1987. Status: last amendment taken into account: Sections I, III, IX and X amended by Article 91 of the Order of 29 September 2015 (Official Gazette) Ref. p. 1697, 1707) Layer 5 : Senate waters in accordance with Section I(2)(2) WasRZustAnO HA (Outer Alster with Langer Zug up to and including Krugkoppel-, Fernsicht-, Feenteich-, Schwanenwik- and Langenzugbrücke, Binnenalster, Kleine Alster, Alsterfleet, Neuerwallfleet, Bleichenfleet, Herrengrabenfleet, Mönkedammfleet and Nikolaifleet)- Competence: BUKEA.
