Land Market Report of the State of Brandenburg — Issue as Broschur
Description
The land market report provides insight into what happened on the land market of the last year in the state of Brandenburg. This annual report is based on statistical evaluations of purchase contracts registered with the regional review committees. Graphic representations of sales, price levels and price developments in the previous years allow a high level of clarity of the market development. The publication of “other data required for the valuation of value”, such as the real estate interest rates, provides information about the value relationships and increases the transparency of the land market in the Land of Brandenburg.
The land market reports of previous vintages must be ordered by e-mail or fax.
Note: The land market reports of the regional appraiser committees in analog form can be obtained from the respective district or in the district-free city.
