Description
The Hyvinkää up-to-date city plan key is a summary map of approved and legally valid city plans.
The current city plan key indicates the valid city plan for each property.
The link opens the city plan map and regulations in pdf format. When looking at the map and regulations, it should be noted that they may only be partially valid due to changes.
The material is intended for monitoring the planning situation and initial familiarisation, such as as a tool for planning and property assessment.
The material cannot be used as such, for example, when applying for a building permit or in a real estate transaction.
The data will be updated as new city plans enter into force.
However, it should be noted that the update may have a delay of a few days.
Although efforts have been made to make the material free of errors, there may be shortcomings due to the large number of documents.
The data is updated to the map and interface services once a day from the data maintenance system.
The interpretation of the town plan and its provisions must be ensured in the town plan.
Official city plan extracts and a plot map must still be obtained from the land use plan.
The material can be viewed from the public Hyvinkää map service. The material is openly available from the public WMS interface.
