In ETRS89 UTM spindle 30. With the purpose of obtaining a monitoring of the quality of the embalmed water in order to have a rapid response to pollution states that allows a response to the needs of management of embalmed water. In this sense, the average behavior of phycocyanin (mg/cm3) is obtained from the main reservoirs of the region (72 reservoirs are studied), from the relationship between band 9 (705 nm) and band 6 (620 nm) of the MERIS sensor. This parameter is an auxiliary pigment that allows the estimation of the concentration of cyanobacteria, whose proliferation can lead to water toxicity, and can also be used as an instrument to monitor eutrophication processes in the monitoring of the quality of the reservoird waters.
