Drinking water protection areas for groundwater enclosures
Description
In the Free State of Saxony, drinking water protection areas are designated for groundwater captures, including for the extraction of water filtrate and infiltrate as well as for surface water extraction, mainly from drinking water dams. As of 31.12.2020, 373 drinking water protection areas for groundwater systems are set in the Free State of Saxony.
