Description

The data cover railways owned by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The data source system is the Track Object Management Application (RATKO) of the Track Infrastructure Information Management System. The location of the soft patches is indicated in the register by the track number and the start and end points (km+m). The track codes in accordance with the track information register system on which the soft spot is located shall be reported as position tracks. The mileage system of the register is a mileage system used in railway planning, which is based on the locations of the km-pillars measured in the terrain. Km+m data is always related to the length measurement track. This indicates which length measurement system the reading is according to. The beginning and end point of the soft body is determined by a geotechnical expert. The upstream and downstream mileage data shall be reported in the format 0123+0456. The material is updated once a week.
