Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Wundervolls Wiesenbett” of the city of Triberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: In SO 1, the construction of a courtyard building with apartments, apartments (max. 6) and barn, stable and farm shop, sanitary and lounge rooms for guests as well as garages and parking spaces is permitted. The SO 2 covers the agricultural area as cattlewe.
