Description

This game contains the location of the mandatory parking spaces of electric scooters (TE) and self-service electric bikes (VAE). The development of the TE and VAE self-service service offer is part of Action 34 of the Mobility Plan by 2035. 68 municipalities responded positively to the deployment of the service on their territory. The MEL cannot intervene directly to authorize the parking on its territory of electric scooters and self-service e-bikes, since the issuance of an authorization of occupation of the public domain is legally under the power of parking police of the mayors of the communes. For more details, please consult the deliberation of the Metropolitan Council, accessible from [detailed sheet](https://data.lillemetropole.fr/geonetwork/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/3b58eafd-19c5-404c-ad90-ed4035535fc7). ### Collection method Stations are located as follows: - Proposals of locations made to the municipalities by the MEL with regard to criteria of attractiveness, mesh size of the territory, occupation of public space. - Opinions of the municipalities on the locations. - Formalization of the exact locations inscribed in the municipal by-laws for the temporary occupation of the public domain. - Ground marking work carried out by the MEL after receipt of the municipal by-laws and in accordance with them.
