Horseback riding trails in the forest of the Erzgebirgkreis
Description
Presentation of designated riding trails in the forest (§ 12 (1) SächsWaldG) for the territory of the Erzgebirgskreis with various information in the material data.
NOTE:
— On public roads and paths, horseback riding according to the StVO is possible. The traffic rules and arrangements which apply mutatis mutandis for the entire road traffic shall apply mutatis mutandis (Section 28(2) of the StVO).
If a riding trail is marked separately (§ 41 Appendix 2 StVO), this must be used.
— § 28(2) SächsNatSchG: Riding and driving with covered vehicles is only permitted on suitable paths and specially designated areas. Marked hiking trails, sports and educational trails as well as playgrounds and lawns designated for the recreation of the population may not be used, unless this is expressly permitted by appropriate signage or marking. The municipalities shall, in agreement with the lower nature conservation authority, identify suitable paths and areas (riding route network) the designation for private land requires the consent of the land owner.
