Description

The development plan Wellingsbüttel 15 for the area of the village centre between Wellingsbüttler Weg and the railway embankment, on both sides of Rolfinckstraße and north of Wellingsbüttler Weg (district Wandsbek, district 517) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Barkenkoppel - southwest boundary of parcel 1105, southwest and northwest boundary of parcel 1106 of the district Wellingsbüttel - Wellingsbüttler Weg - northwest boundary of parcel 126, southwest and northwest boundary of parcel 132, southwest and northwest boundary of parcel 2693, northwest boundary of parcel 137, southwest boundary of parcel 139 (Kuhteichweg), over parcel 139, northwest and northeast boundary of parcel 173, northwest boundary of parcel 174, north and northeast boundary of parcel 175 of the district Wellingsbüttel - Wellingsbüttler Weg - Rehmkoppel - over parcel 229 (Rehmkoppel) of the district Wellingsbüttel - railway facility - southwest and northwest boundary of parcel 1103, southwest boundary of parcel 2213 of the district Wellingsbüttel.
