Description
The map includes the occurrence of all fossil fuels (brown coal, coal, bogs) as well as the existing or closed lignite mines and underground coal mines at the time of issuing the map. A simplified geological overview map On the back of the printed map version there are explanations on coal genesis, bog construction, development of lignite production after 1989, the characteristics of the coal mined coal, and the regional geological and stratigraphic distribution of lignite and coal fumes.
