Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Links der Freiburger Strasse (2nd change)” of the municipality of Schliengen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: For the entire development plan, the Building Use Ordinance of 1977 applies, restricting the sales area.
