Description
Trackdéchets is a free digital platform developed by the Ministry of Ecological Transition. This platform aims to dematerialize the traceability of hazardous waste to simplify management and secure sectors.
Undertakings or other legal persons producing or managing waste are concerned:This includes waste producers, storage facilities, transporters, eco-organisms, etc.
As of 01/01/2022, seizure on TrackWaste is mandatory for hazardous waste or asbestos waste. From 01/01/2023, the obligation will also apply to refrigerants and healthcare waste at infectious risk (DASRI).
The dataset indicates, for each establishment, its date of registration for the palteform and its profile (producer, eco-organism, etc.).
