Description
The law on the development plan Hummelsbüttel 4/Poppenbüttel 8 of 10. December 1973, with its amendment of 25 April 1977 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette 1973, page 529, 1977 p. 92), is amended as follows:
In the drawing presentation, the fixing of “building land for common use” (Kindertagesheim) is changed to the fixing of the “pure residential area”. For this area, instead of the previous two full floors, a maximum four-storey construction in closed construction is fixed with a base area of the construction facilities of 1 600 m and a floor area of 6 200 m. The fixing of the one-storey buildings and the limits laid down for this purpose are omitted.
