Development plan Hummelsbüttel 4-Poppenbüttel 8 2nd amendment Hamburg

Description

The law on the development plan Hummelsbüttel 4/ Poppenbüttel 8 of 10. 1 December 1973, as amended on 25 April 1977 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt 1973 page 529, 1977 page 92), is amended as follows: In the drawings, the definition of "building land for general use" (Kindertagesheim) is changed to the definition of "pure residential area". For this area, instead of the previous two full storeys, a maximum four-storey development in closed construction is fixed with a floor area of the constructions of 1600 m and a floor area of 6200 m. The fixing of the single-storey development and the construction limits set for it are no longer necessary.
